I applied reverse patch for PHP 4.1.2. gd2/freetype2 detection related issue is solved by this fix. But, GD/Freetype related issue Rasmus mentioned is still existing and need to befixed. Right now it does a terrible job detecting gd2/freetype2 TTF functions as the tests are missing the required -lfreetype.
