Do you use a VC14 build of Apache? Do the paths from c:\php7 precede everything else?

When PHP7 is added to path I removed old references to php5

Both Apache and php and x64 version
VC 2015 x64 and x86 are installed
Apache currently works with v5.6.14 and mysqli
PHP7 folder & ext folder are added to the PATH variable

Disable all extensions:
-Start Apache 2.4.17
-Starts Fine.
-Stop Apache
Enable just MySQLi extension in php.ini:
-Start Apache
-Apache crashes
