Bug description:SoapClient thorws "not a valid method" on valid method

Description:

We have a problem with executing any commands from web services. The
SoapClient thorws Fatal error: Uncaught SoapFault exception: [Client]
Function ("QuickLogin") is not a valid method for this service in
/home/daniel/test.php:18

$client->__getFunctions() is listing the function and the same code is
running fine under PHP 5.6.15
