Description:
------------
Regression from PHP5: file_put_contents() returns -1 if there is not enough free space on the target
filesystem. This behavior is not documented and different from PHP 5.x which returns FALSE in that
case.
Reproduced with a real (tmpfs) filesystem and a vfsStream mock.
