PHP version: 7.0Git-2016-03-01 (Git)
Package: cURL related
Bug Type: Feature/Change Request
Bug description:The constant CURLM_ADDED_ALREADY support
Description:
------------
On before libcurl version 7.32.1, curl_multi_add_handle() returns
CURLE_FAILED_INIT(2) for duplicated handles. On this version or later,
it returns CURLM_ADDED_ALREADY(7). However, the new constant is not
defined in PHP.
