PHP Version: 7.0.4 Block user comment: N Private report: N New Comment: Asia/Tehran did not have a 2016-03-21 00:00:00 because of the start of daylight savings. 01:00:00 is the most logical result. It did have a 2016-03-22 00:00:00 so that is as expected.
