Bug description:Missing "uninstall" Makefile target

Description:

There is no "make uninstall" support, making uninstalling PHP more
complex than it could be if such target was supported.

The same applies to extension built via "phpize", also not creating an
"uninstall" target in the Makefile (not sure if it's related).
