Just wanted to chime in and point this out:
https://bugcrowd.com/list-of-bug-bounty-programs
PHP is erroneously listed on there as giving out rewards. Not sure if at one point that was the
case, but as far as I am aware PHP does not do that. This might be the cause of such bug reports
being opened.

It is not a joke. I have found a serious bug. This bug - a shame for developers. I was very
surprised and upset that such bug can exist for such known language.
