I can't reproduce the reported behavior with PHP 7.0.9.
Please provide more detailed information about your environment,
and a minimal, self-contained reproduce script.

BTW, your second header is completely broken.

it should be:
$headerArr[] = "Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8";
