I'm cross compiling the latest PHP for Android ARM. Everything worked
until the last step.
The Makefile tries to generate phar.phar by invoking the compiled
sapi/cli/php. But, since I'm cross compiling the php binary won't run
in my host system.
And so the generation of phar.phar fails. I recommend using the
installed php binary /usr/bin/php to generate it instead.
Expected result:

Actual result:
