Bug #15958: BCC copies are not being sent

From: phpbug@ehrlichorg.com Operating system: Linux 2.2.12 GNU PHP version: 4.1.2 PHP Bug Type: *Mail Related Bug description: BCC copies are not being sent PHP programs using mail() to send e-mail that worked under PHP 4.0.2 are no longer sending bcc copies. Copies to other addresses are being sent. Running in a Linux environment with sendmail. Nothing in the environment or script except the PHP version.
