PHP work via nginx.

Thanks for the report. I'm not sure to understand the bug - do you run the php script from
bash? Or is that run under FCGI under NGINX? Do you use the official PHP builds?
Thanks.

Description:
------------
Steps:
1. exec via browser PHP 7.1 test script. (PHP work via nginx as php-cgi.exe)
Using WTServer (https://wtserver.wtriple.com/)
PHP VC14 x64 Non Thread Safe
Test script:
---------------
#!/usr/bin/env php
<?
if (!defined("STDERR"))
define("STDERR", fopen("php://stderr", "w"));
for ($i=0; $i<256; $i++)
fprintf(STDERR, "Missing some file\n");
print "done.";
?>
Expected result:
----------------
#!/usr/bin/env php
done.
Actual result:
--------------
freeze on 227 iteration. 4k buffer overflow?
Plus if decrease count of iterations, string "#!/usr/bin/env php" sometimes output,
sometimes not after each re-save the file.
