Description:

Hi
It's great that PHP 7.0 imporved runtime performance and 7.1 even more but someone should also
take a look at initialization times
that numbers are the code below straight before our core-cms sends the output-buffer to the client
0.0044 / 0.0019
$runtime = round(($cms_stop_microtime - $_SERVER['REQUEST_TIME_FLOAT']), 4) . ' /
' . round(($cms_stop_microtime - $cms_startup_microtime), 4);

STATIC PHP is the cms-page saved as HTML but with .php as extension, no code, so 33% of the whole
runtime is initialization of PHP - the 158 us is the same file with ,htm
