I use apache 2.4 64bit on windows7 64bit and FcgidWrapper php-cgi.exe 64bit

send file jpg 8M and on php.ini upload_max_filesize = 2M
send file and other paramater form example text=12354asd;
I expect $_REQUEST equal ['text'=>"12354asd"]
In the event that $_REQUEST is empty!!!!!!!!
and $_POST is empty
why?
