Ah, and ext/zip enabled, too? Which exact configure line, please be more precise.

And latest from github, 2.0.0? Just to be sure. Whereby officially only the stable one is supported.

Another point yet to check also env and path, fe that there's nothing like Cygwin or anything
else preceeding the path with SDK tools. And otherwise, probably would require you to debug the
actual nmakefile part.

Thanks.

P. S. And yes, my SDK is the latest too from GitHub. Using VC++ 2015 for build.

Hello.

Yes, of course I tried differ keys which I need, looks like --enable-cli, --enable-embed etc.
I'm using latest deps-7.1-vc14-x86.7z deps and tried deps-master-vc14-x86.7z too.

Thanks for the report. You need to --enable-cli to run the packaging script. In further - which deps
do you use, and which SDK?

Thanks.

My configure looks like

configure --with-openssl

It's not interesting...

Description:
------------
Hello! I'm trying to compile PHP with --open-ssl flag and it's compiles good via nmake (I
think so), but when I'm doing nmake snap - it throws a error:

        C:\PHP\sdk\phpdev\vc14\x86\php-7.1.3-src\Release\php.exe -d date.timezone=UTC -n
-dphar.readonly=0 win32/build/mkdist.php
"C:\PHP\sdk\phpdev\vc14\x86\php-7.1.3-src\Release"
"C:\PHP\sdk\phpdev\vc14\x86\deps" "php7.dll" "php-cgi.exe php.exe"
"php_gd2.dll php_opcache.dll " " "
"C:\PHP\sdk\phpdev\vc14\x86\deps\template"
NMAKE : fatal error U1077: C:\PHP\sdk\phpdev\vc14\x86\php-7.1.3-src\Release\php.exe : return code
"0xc0000138"
Stop.

And compiles good without --open-ssl key. My configure is usual and throws a error only with
OpenSSL.

Thanks in advance.
