Bug #74427 [NEW]: ob_flush only work if I use localhost but does not work when I use ip address

From: emascarinas at gmail dot com Operating system: macOS Sierra PHP version: 7.0.17 Package: Unknown/Other Function Bug Type: Bug Bug description:ob_flush only work if I use localhost but does not work when I use ip address Description: ------------ .... ob_implicit_flush(true); ob_end_flush(); .... foreach ...file_get_contents So the code above works if I use localhost or 127.0.0.1 but when I use my ip address it will not work. I tried switching to Windows and it worked for both.
