Description:

Very rarely we see mysqli::real_connect() fail with EINPROGRESS which
should never be possible.
Test script:

connect with mysqli::real_connect()
Expected result:
----------------
mysqli::real_connect() should never fail with EINPROGRESS
Actual result:
--------------
mysqli::real_connect() fails with EINPROGRESS
