@ab thanks for build the MS SQL server extension. Unfortunately I get a 401 error when I try to
download it (Access is denied due to invalid credentials). Not sure how to get around that one.

I'm using the 64 bit thread safe pdo_sqlsrv extension.
I'm happy to test as much as I can, be great if you think you can build the extension. But I
can do it as well.
I won't be able to start testing until Tuesday at the earliest though.
