From: rubab dot 11 at gmail dot com Operating system: Windows 8 PHP version: 7.1.8 Package: Other web server Bug Type: Bug Bug description:php.exe giving error The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b) Description: ------------ I am trying to run php7 under nginx-1.13.3 so I downloaded PHP 7 all versions one by one and getting same issue. PHP 5.* version is working. I am getting following error "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)" I also tried to find help from doing the search but couldn't....
