@ jodybrabec I strongly disagree. If you are still have problems after upgrading to the latest OCI8
extension (check for it on PECL), then log a bug so it can be addressed.

If still having problems with oci_fetch_all, use jody brabec's workaround function here called
"my_oci_fetch_all"
