None of the other database drivers support something like this, and I think it should be considered
best practice to query the database to find out if a field is nullable, this is what we would do
internally anyway

Hi
I need a function to verify if a odbc field is nullable or not (eg. odbc_field_nullable). I hope
this possible to fix.
