This ini entry has been removed in the meantime[1], i.e. as of PHP
5.2.0.

Just adding the comments though will help us with the documentation otherwise the ini entry will
have to be documented as being a useless setting! Consistency please!!!

At least you could comment it, so that the phpdoc script doesn't catch it while building the
table of ini options.
