Description:

I can not access the DOTNET class and in the dotnet section of the phpinfo I see the message
".Net support: not present in this build". With previous versions it works fine and
without problems.

PD. the ext "dot_net" and ".net runtime 4.7", both correctly installed in x64
bits.
