From: maxander dot game at gmail dot com Operating system: CentOS Linux release 7.3.1611 PHP version: 7.2.7 Package: PDO OCI Bug Type: Bug Bug description:oci_connect have different behaviour between php-fpm and php-cli Description: ------------ oci_connect can connect to the OID to resolve the database adress when launched from php command line. But oci_connect throws this exeption : "ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified" when launched from my web application. (php-fpm). Both fpm and cli have the same env variables and the same config.
