Using doctrine, the Error-msg is: Type: PDOException Message: PDO::__construct(): Unexpected server respose while doing caching_sha2 auth: 109 File: C:\my_project\vendor\doctrine\dbal\lib\Doctrine\DBAL\Driver\PDOConnection.php Line: 46 Downgrading to 7.2.7 solves this issue.
