Description:
------------
I am attempting to create a CSV file from data contained in any array.
I have found if the data contains RTL characters with a space, then the delimeter is added
correctly.
Example :
[FirstName] => اب٠Ù
ØÙ
د
The delimeter is added at the beginning, but not the end.
