The bug was solved by upgrading composer to 1.7.2, phpBB used composer 1.0.0beta2 after upgrading
composer and regenerate autload files every thing run ok

Thanks for the report. Please check whether you reproduce same failures with 7.2, as there was some
substantial thread safety fixes there. If there are still failures with 7.2, please post a backtrace
and/or preferrably a reproduce case.

When running phpBB installer (phpBB3/install/app.php) version 3.2.2 with Apache server ( tested in
2.4.33 x64 and 2.4.34 x64 Haus Windows builds) and php 7.1.x or 7.2.x Apache server restarted for 10

This error does not occur in PHP built-in server or nginx with fastCGI, occurs only in Apache with
php7apache24 module

the script crashes before line 36 in (phpBB3/vendor/composer/autoload_real.php)
