Currently, you can retrieve it with Europe/Kiev which is incorrect spelling. Correct spelling would be Europe/Kyiv. Kyiv is the right version as decided by UNCSGN (United Nations Conferences on the Standardization of Geographical Names) and UNGEGN (United Nations Group of Experts on Geographical Names)."Kiev" is in Russian.
