Description:
------------
As seen in the documentation, odbc_fetch_object should take a resource for it's first
parameter.
http://php.net/manual/fr/function.odbc-fetch-object.php
However it's type signature claims an integer
https://github.com/php/php-src/blob/9003d8a4cfe810b9222273a36b9be89dda94a35b/ext/odbc/php_odbc.c#L1841
This causes static analyzers such as psalm to incorrectly flag bugs in user scripts, when the actual
bug is with php.
