From: theodorejb at outlook dot com Operating system: Windows 10 PHP version: 7.3.1 Package: LDAP related Bug Type: Bug Bug description:ldap_start_tls times out in PHP 7.3.1 Description: ------------ It works fine in PHP 7.3.0, but in PHP 7.3.1 the request hangs and eventually times out without any error message.
