Req #77709 [NEW]: allow passing a timeout value to session_start

From: torgato at posteo dot de Operating system: PHP version: Irrelevant Package: Session related Bug Type: Feature/Change Request Bug description:allow passing a timeout value to session_start Description: ------------ Currently session_start blocks until all previous session_start's are closed and there is no "at least not known to me" way to limit this blocking as even max_execution_time is not counted during this time.
