It seems that before properly fixing this bug Pear will be de bundlked from php sooner...

When doing:
./configure --disable-all --enable-libxml --enable-xml=shared --with-pear
make
make install
There appears error XML Extension not found and installation fails installing PEAR and the rest of
the steps.
