#19855 [NEW]: ftp_rawlist and ftp_nlist still return nothing

From: mikeg@sultran.com Operating system: NT4, XP Pro PHP version: 4.2.3 PHP Bug Type: FTP related Bug description: ftp_rawlist and ftp_nlist still return nothing I have checked all the other bug reports for this issue but they have all been closed. I just downloaded the newest version php4-win32-STABLE-200210101600.zip from snaps.php.net and it still doesn't work. I have tried this with NT4/IIS4 and XP/IIS5, both running in 'cgi' mode.
