Hi there,
I know PHP are using cURL 7.64.0 and are blocked to upgrade to 7.64.1
(or later)
But can I request to merge this change to current cURL lib PHP are
using.

Otherwise enable CURLOPT_VERBOSE will generate tons or useless log
like:
