Test seems to fail for all builds regardless of NTS/TS but only when
opcache is enabled.
2 Tests without similar output:
ext\opcache\tests\bug70423.phpt
ext\opcache\tests\bu69838.phpt
Both have correct output, but have the additional warning in output.
Expected result:
