Add support for the ICU constant for accounting format (UNUM_CURRENCY_ACCOUNTING in https://unicode-org.github.io/icu-docs/apidoc/released/icu4c/unum_8h.html).
I think all that's required is to add a new constant like NumberFormatter::CURRENCY_ACCOUNTING.
