From: mkimani09 at gmail dot com Operating system: Linux & Windows PHP version: 7.4.2 Package: PDO OCI Bug Type: Bug Bug description:PDO_OCI doesnt connect to the DB Description: ------------ I have simple index.php where i'm just trying to connect PHP 7.4 to oracle 12c, But it doesn't connect. On phpinfo i can see the driver loaded. Switching to php 7.3, that connection to 12c works.
