Description:

From manual page: http://www.php.net/function.fputcsv#refsect1-function.fputcsv-description
---
fputcsv outputs a newline character, but many systems also require carriage return. The resulting
CSV files do not work with software that supports CSV such as Ship@Ease (DPD).
