Hello, I'm just going through opened bugs and apologies for such a late response. After a quick
check current PHP versions already include stdint.h conditionally. Also it is today part of C99
which PHP 8.0 will utilize. Probably this got fixed on the way. If this is still relevant, please
open a new issue... Latest Solaris versions will be also tested for the upcoming branches one day
more.

ext/standard/string.c doesn't check for HAVE_INTTYPES_H and just uses stdint.h,
which doesn't exist on Solaris 9. It needs to select the right header, like a
few other sources in ext do.
