Description:

php-win.exe locks up with 100% cpu usage when a significant amount of
data is echoed.
Test script:
---------------
$str = "";
for ($x=0; $x<500; $x++) {
$str .= "aaa bbb ccc ";
}
echo wordwrap($str);
Expected result:
----------------
php-win.exe should execute script and complete with no output displayed.
Actual result:
--------------
php-win.exe locks up causing 100% cpu usage.
