Test script:

$dom = new DomDocument;
$dom->loadHTML(file_get_contents('http://thenetworksolution.it/a.htm'));
echo $dom->saveHtml();
Expected result:
----------------
the whole DOM
Actual result:
--------------
DOM is truncated after the NUL character
