From: matled@uni.de Operating system: windows PHP version: 4.1.2 PHP Bug Type: Apache related Bug description: php 4.1.2 windows binary zip The windows binary zip file apache module dll shows version 4.1.3-dev when starting apache. Tt doesn't start at all if a php.ini is in %SystemRoot%.
