Well, actually this issue is caused by the fix for that bug. I
just send an email to the cURL mailing list[1] for clarification.

It's the same bug as https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=79033, only it
occurs on the second request by changing the CURLOPT_POSTFIELDS
