#20154 [NEW]: htmlspecialchars says, that ISO-8859-2 is not supported charset

From: dan@ohnesorg.cz Operating system: linux PHP version: 4.3.0-pre2 PHP Bug Type: Unknown/Other Function Bug description: htmlspecialchars says, that ISO-8859-2 is not supported charset I have also installed for testing this preversion and I am using ISO-8859-2 as my native encoding.
