Description:

When the curl_init function is called without an internet connection, it
causes a memory leak, which causes the PHP interpreter to crash.
Test script:

// begin. IMPORTANT: this must be execute WITHOUT an internet
connection.
$ch = curl_init();
// end
Expected result:
----------------
The FALSE.
Actual result:
--------------
PHP interpreter crashes due to memory leak.
