### Description
The following code:
```php
<?php
$zip = new \ZipArchive();
$zip->open('subtitle.zip');
$zip->extractTo('.'); // false
```
The following file is real zip file because the
open method return true, But the
extractTo is somehow return false.
Is is possible to find the cause ?
