### Description
If a ticket is labeled with "Status: Needs Feedback", it is supposed [to be closed after
14 days
automatically](https://github.com/php/php-src/blob/master/.github/workflows/close-needs-feedback.yml).
However, this does not work for some reason; see e.g. issue #7743, which has been labeled 21 days
ago.
