Issue: https://github.com/php/php-src/issues/7881 Author: Djibs ### Description If you run strftime() on a date in this new yearr (e.g. 30 December 2014), and the new year begins in the same week, the outputted date is "30 Dec 2015". The following code: ```php <?php $dates = '2022-01-01'; echo $date = strftime("%d %B %G", strtotime($dates)); ``` Resulted in this output: ``` 01 January 2021 ``` But I expected this output instead: ``` 01 January 2022 ``` ### PHP Version PHP 7.4 ### Operating System _No response_
