How are you deploying the new code base versions? just git checkout?
One solution for you would be to make sure a new instance of fpm is started for the new codebase.
That's usual with docker.
Another one that might work as well is to use the directory symlink replace strategy, basically
replacing the whole codebase with the new codebase. The realpath will be resolved and handled as new
entries.
