@KapitanOczywisty, FastCGI has exactly the same issues. On POSIX systems this is solved by FPM,
which forks its workers to enforce the same memory layout. There is nothing like that for Windows,
though (because Windows does not support forking). Apache mpm_winnt comes close, but still may have
that issue; PR #7865 might solve that.
